Fun Services will provide: FREE Delivery and Pick-Up of Original order and Re-Order items, FREE Gift Bags and Carry Home Tote Bags, FREE Promotional Parent Letters and Money Control Envelopes for each child, FREE Publicity Guide, Posters for school, 4 Tablecloths, 1 Door Panel, Display Pricing Stickers and Inventory Sheets with 3 suggested mark ups.
ONLY FUN SERVICES AND HOMEMADE ITEMS MAY BE SOLD. NO EXCEPTIONS! I have read and understand this agreement and am an authorized agent for this organization. (Include Name/Title)
