The following conditions will appear on the Customer Agreement

DUTIES OF YOUR ORGANIZATION:

  1. Supply a Room, Tables and Volunteers to display and sell gifts.
  2. Provide enough publicity to advertise the program effectively.
  3. Inventory Merchandise and fill out all forms.
    NOTE: List all Damages as Returns. Place them in a separate box and Mark this box "Damages." Do Not Write On Each Item Box.
  4. Call/Fax/Email Fun Services with the following: A) RETURNS and B) OVERAGES/SHORTAGES
  5. After Fun Services calls back with the amount owed, fill out your Completion Checklist and place all forms along with your Check or Cash in your Return Envelope provided.
  6. Payment must be made within 5 Days for Fun Buck Rebate Check to be issued.
  7. Have merchandise and Return Envelope ready for 8am Pick-Up on the date scheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS
  8. Run the shop for the specified dates.
  9. All cancellations not received in writing by September 21st will incur a $200 cancellation fee.

FUN SERVICES WILL:

  1. Provide inventory sheets and suggested resale prices where YOU may choose profit margins.
  2. Deliver the merchandise Free during the designated delivery date.
  3. Re-Deliver additional merchandise the next morning if Re-Orders are placed by 4pm.
  4. Schools designated UPS must have Re-Orders in by 2pm. Orders will be shipped UPS Next Day.
  5. Take back ALL Unsold and Undamaged Merchandise. FREE pick-up.

    Cash Register - $100 if not returned*
    5 ft. Vinyl Banner - $60 if not returned*
    5 ft. Tall Inflatable Sir Fun Bear - $100 if not ruturned*

Fun Services will provide: FREE Delivery and Pick-Up of Original order and Re-Order items, FREE Gift Bags and Carry Home Tote Bags, FREE Promotional Parent Letters and Money Control Envelopes for each child, FREE Publicity Guide, Posters for school, 4 Tablecloths, 1 Door Panel, Display Pricing Stickers and Inventory Sheets with 3 suggested mark ups.

ONLY FUN SERVICES AND HOMEMADE ITEMS MAY BE SOLD. NO EXCEPTIONS!
